Superintendent search survey results are in!

Superintendent survey results are now available! The data is quite in-depth, though there are a few quick takeaways

People want a new superintendent who can solve problems, create a good working environment and recruit and retain quality employees.

Of respondents, 49 percent were parents of a current student, 30 percent were district employees and 14 percent were residents; the remaining 7 percent were students or preferred not to identify themselves.

Of all the work experience people hoped to see from a new superintendent, more people hoped for someone with former teaching experience (followed closely by experience as a school principal).
